Help & Support (Draft)

Welcome to the Quran-Web3.Nft Support Center. We are here to help you navigate our decentralized platform and ecosystem.

Get in Touch

As an open-source and community-driven Web3 project, our primary support channels rely on transparent communication. If you need technical assistance or want to share feedback, please reach out through the following platforms:

  • GitHub Issues: Encountered a bug, a broken link, or have a feature request? Please open an issue directly on our GitHub repository. This is the fastest way for developers to track and resolve technical problems.

  • Community Discussions: Web3 is all about community. Join our discussion boards to ask questions, help fellow users, and share your journey in exploring the integration of blockchain and the Al-Quran.

To fully interact with our platform, you will need a Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or any WalletConnect-compatible application). Make sure your wallet is connected to the correct blockchain network and that you have enough native tokens to cover network gas fees for transactions.

No. The Web3 ecosystem operates strictly on a self-custody basis. We do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet interface. If you lose your recovery phrase, your assets cannot be restored by us or anyone else. Always store your private keys securely offline.
